Super excited to be on the Board of Flavor For Life, plant-based culinary movement. What will be taught in the program I was the writer as well a the editor for it. This for me is a huge accomplishment in this field. Rarely does one get to do what they love and spread the knowledge to others.
The program is science-based as well teaching what I founded and based Skinny South Incredible Treats, food pairing.

The students will have workbook and sessions leading up to the National culinary competition in February each year.
The winners will be in the cookbook full of winning plant-based recipes.
